How your account and business information is used.

Who is responsible
Buzzing Brands operates BuzzingBee WA Panel. We handle account, billing and service information to provide this service. For customer information uploaded by a workspace, that business decides how its customer records are used; contact it first about those records.
Information we handle
We process account and contact details, workspace and team records, customer data you supply, conversation and campaign records, connected account identifiers, encrypted connection credentials, billing references and limited security and device records. We do not store card numbers, CVV, OTPs or UPI PINs.
Why we use it
We use this information to deliver the purchased features, authenticate users, process verified payments, provide invoices and support, protect accounts, prevent misuse and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Service providers
Authorized information may be shared with hosting, communications, email, AI, store and payment providers needed for features you use. Razorpay and Cashfree process payment details under their own privacy policies. Meta and WhatsApp process connected messaging activity under their policies. Only connect services you are authorized to use.
Cookies and browser storage
Essential cookies keep your session signed in and help protect forms. Browser storage may remember appearance preferences and service notifications. Rejecting essential storage may prevent account functions from working.
Protection and retention
We use access controls, workspace separation and encryption for stored connection secrets. We retain information for the time needed to provide the service, investigate problems and satisfy legal, billing and security obligations. Backups expire through the normal backup retention process.
Access, correction and deletion
Email info@buzzingbrands.in from your registered address to request access, correction or eligible deletion. We verify the requester before sharing or changing records. Some financial, legal and security records must be retained. Deletion from this service does not automatically delete records held by connected providers.
Children and policy updates
This is a business service and is not intended for children. Do not submit child data without a lawful basis and required authorization. Material privacy changes will be communicated through the service or your registered contact details.
